# Energy autonomy and security of the estate: power through blackouts, CCTV, parking

The estate keeps running through power outages: 18 kW of solar panels, an inverter and batteries. This reduces dependence on the grid and electricity costs.

## Power: sun and batteries

The estate has solar panels with a total capacity of 18 kW, a DEYE inverter and lithium batteries. When the power goes out, the system switches over instantly and automatically: no generator, no noise and no fuel smell.

Our own generation reduces dependence on the grid and helps keep electricity costs under control. For many buyers in Ukraine, resilience to blackouts matters today.

- CCTV cameras

## Water storage

On site there are water storage tanks totalling 4 tonnes. The hot water pump runs from the inverter, so there is water in the apartments during outages too.

## CCTV and parking

The grounds and the parking in front of the building are covered by a professional CCTV system with a Hikvision recorder. Parking is free: one space per apartment, under 24/7 video surveillance.

## Professional network and Wi-Fi

The network is built on Ubiquiti UniFi equipment: a wired backbone, PoE power for devices and managed Wi-Fi. This is a professional-grade network, not a home router.

- Hikvision CCTV recorder
- UniFi Dream Machine router
- UniFi PoE switch
- Cat5e patch panel

## FAQ

### What happens during a blackout?
The system switches over to the batteries instantly and automatically. Lighting, Wi-Fi, hot and cold water, fridges and CCTV cameras keep working.

### Is there a generator?
No. Autonomy comes from the solar panels, the inverter and the batteries: no noise, no exhaust and no fuel smell.

### Which systems stay on without power?
Lighting, Wi-Fi, hot and cold water, fridges and CCTV cameras. There is also 4 tonnes of water stored on site.

### Is the parking monitored?
Yes. The free parking is on site: one space per apartment, under 24/7 video surveillance. The video is recorded by a Hikvision recorder.

### What network equipment is installed?
A professional Ubiquiti UniFi network: a UniFi Dream Machine router, a PoE switch, a Cat5e patch panel and managed Wi-Fi. The video is recorded by a Hikvision recorder.
