Power: sun and batteries
The estate has solar panels with a total capacity of 18 kW, a DEYE inverter and lithium batteries. When the power goes out, the system switches over instantly and automatically: no generator, no noise and no fuel smell.
Our own generation reduces dependence on the grid and helps keep electricity costs under control. For many buyers in Ukraine, resilience to blackouts matters today.

Water storage
On site there are water storage tanks totalling 4 tonnes. The hot water pump runs from the inverter, so there is water in the apartments during outages too.
CCTV and parking
The grounds and the parking in front of the building are covered by a professional CCTV system with a Hikvision recorder. Parking is free: one space per apartment, under 24/7 video surveillance.
Professional network and Wi-Fi
The network is built on Ubiquiti UniFi equipment: a wired backbone, PoE power for devices and managed Wi-Fi. This is a professional-grade network, not a home router.
